Cranford joins the Ampac Group of Companies

With effect from January 2012, Cranford Controls Limited, UK manufacturers of quality Fire and Security products, has joined the Ampac Group of companies.

As part of Ampac's European operations, Cranford will remain a separate trading entity continuing to support existing customers and actively developing new products and markets. Cranford's commitment to R&D and new product development will be further enhanced by the Ampac group. Opportunities will be sought to develop group products, maximise distribution synergies and provide a UK based state of the art production facility.

This acquisition brings together two highly successful independent family run businesses with a common goal towards global growth.
